For Sale By Owner

While we are selling independently, we will pay a commission (3%) to your real estate agent if you already have one.  We would be very glad to work with your agent to set up a showing.  If, however, you are interested in working with us directly (i.e. you don't yet have a Realtor showing you houses), then we welcome you heartily.  And we know that we can come to an agreement that is beneficial to you!  We have an attorney ready to help both you and us, and he is knowledgeable with FSBO (For Sale By Owner) transactions.
